Perfect Balance Investments is a group of experienced investors, businessmen, lawyers, and financial advisers that look to invest in and actively help small businesses scale and exit.
Prior to investments we are very collaborative with other angel and investment groups to increase deal flow and perform more thorough due diligence.
Once we invest we prefer to take an active role to help introduce companies to strategic resources to improve the business, grow the revenues, introduce the companies to future investors and advise the companies.
We look for companies that have found a problem that needs to be solved and they have proven they are solving that problem better than others. We also prefer post-revenue companies that have accomplished some growth with decent traction and retention and need help with more capital and advise to scale efficiently. We prefer more technology based companies that don’t rely on only a few clients and/or have to carry large inventories or receivables.
We look for companies that are willing to sell a portion of their company for cash while being tied to the benefit of having an agreement with a single future financing partner and strategic advisers to help the company scale, grow, and exit for a mutually ben
